<h2>Usage Policies</h2>
<p>The Integrated Security Service ECU 911 retains the rights to this application and will enforce sanctions as deemed appropriate in cases of misuse.</p>

<p>Misuse includes reporting emergencies that result in unnecessary deployment of resources.</p>

  <li>Initial misuse: application block for 30 days.</li>
  <li>First recurrence of misuse: application block for 6 months.</li>
  <li>Second recurrence of misuse: permanent application block.</li>
</ul>
